About

Coffee has always been a quiet presence.

It started with a sip from Dad’s cup. Chain shops came and went, then came French press, pour over and espresso at home, and a slow education in how freshness, grind and roast change everything.

So we bought a simple air roaster and started roasting for ourselves, then for friends. A mix of trial, error and steady improvement.
